What are your standard shipping times?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-21 days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. If a disc arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, SRS Cinema ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local government.
Are your Blu-rays and DVDs region-locked?
Most of our releases are Region 0 or Region Free (NTSC format), meaning they play on standard players worldwide. However, specific titles may be locked to Region A or Region 1; please check the individual product description before purchasing.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to make changes, but you may initiate a return once the package arrives.
